The implementation period of the report on the overall work results of this project is from March to December 2011. The contents of the project implementation results are summarized as follows: 1. Comparing the overall water quality of the rivers in Hsinchu City this year with the previous year (109), the water quality is generally stable over the years. Most of them are maintained at the level of no deterioration, and only one station (Touqianxi - Jiugang Bridge) has deteriorated. It is recommended to continue to pay attention to the water quality of the river. 2. For the flow of rivers, the water volume of Touqian Stream increases from upstream to midstream; the water volume of Sanxing Stream increases from upstream to midstream, and then decreases to downstream; the flow of Yangang Stream varies from upstream to downstream. 3. The Dongshi Grand Drainage Quality Purification Project has significantly improved the water body. Heavy metals (copper, zinc, nickel, lead, total chromium, cadmium and hexavalent chromium) in the Dongshi Daba watershed remained normal. 4. The results of water quality testing in the sea area show that the water quality conditions of the coastal waters of Hsinchu City for 110 years have all met the "Water Quality Standards for Surface Water in Class B Sea Areas". 5. This year, 14 stations in 4 quarters have completed the monitoring of the irrigation water source of the high pollution potential Zhen Road, and the water quality conditions are all in line with the water quality standards for irrigation water. 6. In the flow area of ​​the Sanxing River Basin, most of the stations have slow water flow, resulting in no action of the current meter, and the water flow is small, so the flow rate is for reference only.
